- Number of individuals or size of the group
- Anticipated time commitment (i.e. one-time event, on-going weekly of monthly activity)
- Type of activity (i.e. on-going maintenance, recurring projects, new or special projects)
- Also, let us know if a physical accommodations will be required for you or your group
